He was very flexible in setting up a time and date that worked for me. I also asked him if he could get on the roof and inspect that - he made sure to bring a ladder and went above and beyond to do that. Once we arrived, he explained the process to me a little bit and we got started. He first started with the roof, and when he came down he explained what he found - what next steps I should take, and then documented it appropriately. We moved onto the next part of the house. He answered any and all questions that I had and performed a very thorough inspection. I can't say it enough - but he was so helpful in explaining in detail what needed fixed, who/how I would need to go about having it fixed, when it would need repaired and the estimated cost that it would be - he also provided options. For example, he mentioned that some pipes may need repaired. Then he talked me through the two different types of pipes I could use - one being more affordable and one being more expensive - and what the lifetime of each would be. He helped to prioritize the big items for me so that I could make an educated judgement when asking the seller for repairs. I could not recommend anyone else.
