TDH Landscaping LLC are built on three main elements; Experience, Ability and Trust. Since 1965 and three generations ago we’ve been helping friends, families and the community with every type of outdoor project you can image. Over the last 45 years, we built this company by providing the same thoughtful, honest and creative ideas that we look for as consumers. We believe it isn’t enough to simple offer a price tag for a service request but to take the time to listen, making sure we understand our client’s needs and then offer solutions that make sense, Functionally, Aesthetically and Financially.

The design on the plantings were just what I asked for simple and in line with the style of the house. I was unhappy with the landscaper's communication skills or lack of them. I had to call and email many times to find out when the garden was going to be planted. She kept putting me off. I had paid my deposit several months earlier and wasn't getting clear communication as to when the job would start. I ne. I left a message on the designer's answering machine and her email back to me said she would know by that night. I waited. The next day I called and she snapped at me asking if I hadn't received her email and that she would get back to me. I finally gave up and called to get my money back. The man on the phone apologized and convinced me to continue with them. Since I had been working on this for months I went ahead because I didn't want to start all over. He also got me into the schedule the next week. I really didn't care when the work was going to be done I just wanted to know when it was going to be done.
The basic work went smoothly except for cutting my cable. I called MissUtility and they said that the landscaper was supposed to call. The landscaper said they called and she told me they don't mark cable. They do. We had to wait for the cable guys to come out and run a new cable around the garden before the landscaping could be completed. All that really wasn't a problem except the landscaper called to get her final payment and quot;walk throughand quot; before the garden was completed. I had to tell her it wasn't complete. Sort of odd.
The gardeners who showed up were polite, professional and incredible workers.
