Sean arrived an hour late but had already let us know he was running late and should be here at 3Pand gt;Mand gt;Right at 3PM he arrived with a smile and went straight to work.The only advice I have is to book him as early as possible since he is very popular.

I did not know any local window cleaners. And joined Angie's List to find one. I choose FNWC and he gave me and estimate and a begin and end date. He cleaned all of the windows--even difficult to reach areas without complaint. The job was perfect, the price fair and the job completed without interruption. I will use FNWC again and strongly reccommend him to all. I am also very happy that I joined Angie's List--without this service I would not have met FNWC.

Sean returned my call promptly, and was able to get me into a cancelled appointment slot, more quickly than I anticipated. He arrived on time, with a smile, and with good humor helped me wrestle all of the windows open that it was possible to get open. He then proceded to his ladder and hoses and washed every window to a sparkle on the exterior. He was at our home for several hours, and left it looking beautiful.

This is the second time I have used this company and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the service. My windows are sparkling and the price was reasonable. On top of that Sean is prompt, neat, and as his company name says, friendly.

I obtained three estimates for window cleaning but chose FNWC based on the professionalism and good nature of the proprietor. He did an excellent job with absolutely no mess whatsoever. I had never had my windows professionally cleaned so did not know what to expect with regard to moving furniture, drips, etc. This could not have been an easier process. We will definately have FNWC back in six months.

Afte we moved into our house we knew we'd have to get the windows cleaned at some point. We had an event planned and wanted our home to look the best. We found FNWC through the Best of Baltimore lists. He was prompt, courteous and very clean in his approach. Overall, a great experience.

We had received a flyer in our mail box several years ago. I kept it in a file I keep. At that time we had someone else doing ouroutside window cleaning. They gave up the business so we had to look around. I found the flyer in my file and sent an e-mail.Sean responded. Came out to do an estimate. E-mailed his price. The rest is a very satisfied customer.

He is wonderful, and he did a wonderful job. He is a very nice young man. He works very quickly. He is very clean. Everything is put right back where he took it from in front of the windows. He came exactly at the time he said he would, and he stayed until the job was finished. He just left about 15 minutes ago. He is very accommodating and personable, as well. It's nice to have somebody like that working in your house. I had the windows cleaned by him three years ago, and I found him again. It took a while to get him scheduled because he is very busy. It's a one-man operation.

He is one of the most honest and hardworking contracting I have ever known. He is a very polite and trustworthy young man.

Sean arrived promptly at scheduled time. He cleaned all the windows in my end-unit townhouse including the screens. The job took 2.5 hours. This is the third time I have used Sean and I would use him again.
