They were responsive and showed up on time. I told them ahead of time that there would be moving boxes and furniture in the basement and was told that was fine. The guys showed up and started shouting and complaining that the basement wasn't empty. Hello? We are in the process of moving! After acting disrespectful and making digging comments for about a half hour, they did install the carpet. After the work was done, they didn't even notify us the work was done, the sectional couch was left in disarray and not put together properly and the boxes and items we had neatly piled up in the basement was purposely scattered throughout sloppily. They even criticized the fact that when the couch was lifted up that there were items under there. That's what happens when you have dogs! Needless to stay I would recommend staying far away from this company. They knocked off some money for paying cash and I wish I had charged the job now because I would have filed a chargeback with my credit card company.
