This company is used exclusively by the management company that I engaged to manage rental property that I own.  Because the management company did not bid out jobs and used this company exclusively, the prices were not competitive and, in some cases, just plain outrageous.  For example, to replace an over-the-range microwave, they submitted a bid of approximately $800, which is absolutely ridiculous.  As a result, I purchased the microwave myself for approximately $200 and had them install it for $179, which totalled less than $400 for everything.  If you consider using this company, be sure to get multiple bids for any work.

John Duret came to the house to take the perfect measurement of the "old" door because it was not a conventional size. He then promptly ordered the door, and we waited until it came in for install. As soon as the door was in, he contacted me and installed it the next business day. Excellent work, timely and the best part, he cleaned up the area like he was never here!
