+ -1 moreTFC had to remove two rows of asphalt shingles and one row of cedar shingles. They installed 1/2 inch plywood over whole roof, felt paper, did drip edge around edge of roof, put weather guard around chimney, put on architectural shingles, installed new pipe collars and cut roof peak to install ridge vent. After the work was completed the men cleaned up the area. The next day the owner came to check the clean up and brought a magnet to be sure all dropped nails were found. They roof looks wonderful and has helped insulate our home since the old roof was installed with just slat boards to hold old shingles.

+ -1 moreTHEIR PROMPTNESS IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS IS SLOW AND THEY DO NOT ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME AS SCHEDULED. ALTHOUGH THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT. THE COMPANY AND CREW ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEAN UP WELL AFTER THEMSELVES. THEIR QUOTED PRICES INCLUDE ALL MATERIALS AND LABOR. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN COSTS.
Description of Work: FINISHED THE BASEMENT OF A THREE STORY TOWNHOUSE. FINISHING THE BASEMENT INCLUDED FINISHING THE DRYWALL, TEXTURIZING THE CEILING, INSTALLING BASEBOARDS, FRAMING THE BATHROOM, INSTALLING AN ACCESS PANEL UNDERNEATH THE STEPS, INSTALLING TWO 36" PANEL DOORS ON THE LAUNDRY ROOM, INSTALLING TWO 28" DOORS FOR THE FURNACE CLOSET AND INSTALLING A CEILING FAN.
