Description of Work: The experience was a very satisfying one. Terry created a gorgeous expensive kitchen for me for a cheaper price because he knew where to get the best materials at a great price. Everyone who enters my home comments on the beauty of the space. The approximately $32,000 cost included the labor, cabinets that line three sides of my kitchen, Travertine flooring, an expensive back splash, recessed lighting, granite counter tops, a double sink, and dimming light under cabinets. Terry reconfigured the layout of the kitchen to open it up, moved my refrigerator to a place it could open without hitting something, closed up two doorways to allow for more cabinetry, and including a small room divider bar. There were problems with the flooring that were unexpected; Terry had to have his crew remove three layers of floors so that he could install a new floor that did not creak. The two men who worked for him were prompt and professional and even helped me to do a couple of repairs in the house without further cost. The kitchen came in on budget, though a bit longer than expected due to the late arriving special-order real wood cherry cabinets and the layers of flooring. They kept the construction dust to a minimum and cleaned up after. The man who closed up my outer wall was also very skilled. I would love to have any of those men do some other project for me and would like to recommend them to anyone. The name of the company is no longer listed; instead, Terry and his wife must have moved into Final Kote Painting; I do believe they might take on a remodeling job of a kitchen or bath, though. Terry is a worker; he does not come to the house dressed in a dress shirt or suit, but do not let that turn you off. He knows what he is doing.
