We had received a personal referral to use this company, and I am very glad that we did. Their offices are located about 10 minutes from our home, so - when available - their response time has been very quick on some follow-up calls that I've made.
We initially got a quote from them to install a hot water heater and to install a gas line (to switch out a cooktop from electric to gas). Their initial site visit to provide the quote was thorough - I was also able to ask several questions about potential longer-term projects as well as pluses/minuses of various types of heaters and options for our household and projected use. I felt confident at the end of their visit that we'd get good service and support from the company - and happily, have been proven right so far!
These initial items (heater and gas line) were scheduled and completed quickly, and we planned to have the plumber return to connect the stovetop once I had some electrical and countertop work completed. Before the kitchen work was completed, I needed to call them (it was during business hours) to check out a leak -- they were at the house within 15 minutes! I'm sure it was a happy accident that they were available at that time/back at the office, since I didn't ask for 'emergency' service, but it sure was something I was impressed by, even if it isn't something I would expect every time that I called for service!
A nice side note -- so far (at least 4 visits), it's been the same plumber that has taken care of us from the quote to the work and all the follow-up; it has been really nice to deal with the same person every time!
When I finally had the kitchen cooktop ready to connect to gas, we already had a kitchen installer (different company) here at the house who said he could hook up the gas line for an additional $25 while he was here. After a month of no stovetop, I didnt want to wait any longer (it was also a Friday, of course), so I went ahead and paid that charge and got my stovetop working... but I just didnt feel as comfortable with his work (especially as it related to gas) as I had with Dwyer, so I called the plumbing company and asked them to send out Donnie (who we'd been working with) when he was available to just check things out, since they were going to have him come out to do the flexible-hose connection to the stovetop anyway (included in the original price). I *thought* I smelled some gas, but wasn't sure if I was just letting my unease get me worried... Anyhow, I called sometime around lunchtime (maybe 1130a), and I had a knock on the door sometime before 2pm -- he was able to stop by between calls -- very nice, ESPECIALLY for a Friday in the summer!!! Donnie found several issues that needed to be corrected, including at least one thing not to code AND a gas leak! He made the changes that we needed within a half hour (I think quite a bit less, but definitely less than 30 minutes), gave me some general tips, and was off again to his next call.
*Very* glad that I did make that call! So, I've been happy overall, and am more than happy to recommend the company to others; I've had no issues dealing with their owner (Russell Dwyer) or office/reception; invoicing and billing has been straightforward, and I feel that I've gotten great service. I plan to use them again, if/when I have any other relevant projects.

Overall, the experience was fantastic. Dwyer Plumbing was very responsive, knowledgeable, punctual and professional. My particular plumbing issue ended up being a non-issue, but they could have easily taken the opportunity to make more money by providing an unnecessary drain cleaning service. Instead, they took the time to the time to answer all my plumbing-related questions. In fact, I have an issue with low water pressure, and they looked at my entire system and gave me a great deal of information on options I have to correct that in the future.
I called Dwyer Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend, who has used them exclusively for the last 15 years. They are exactly the type of company I was looking for -- they employ licensed, experienced professionals and provide a great level of customer service. They have earned another customer for life.

They are good plumbers. They are very clean, very professional and very punctual. They came within a couple of days of our call. They are master plumbers and they are a little pricey. We would absolutely use them again.
