Called to schedule the first pump out of our septic tank. Never lived in a house with septic before so, when the tech arrived he was more than happy to answer all my questions. The tech was great, very nice guy and more than happy to take the time to explain everything to me.

Everything went as expected. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They answered all my question. It was about 2 hours for the pump out plus an additional hour to upgrade the lid and lay down the quick- concrete. I recommend them to anyone with a septic tank.

The camera crew showed up later that day and went to work. After only five minutes, they found the problem!!! A portion of the outlet pipe that had just been replaced had a whole section that was destroyed, thus causing the back up into the tank. They also confirmed that the fields looked good and that when they jetted them they held water correctly! Justin suggested we contact our contractor we used to replace the outlet pipe and have them come back out to repair the damaged pipe. I told him that I had no interest in working with that contractor again (it was a very bad, expensive experience) and asked if they could fix the pipe. He of course tried to talk me into the cheaper/free option of working with the contractor, but agreed to help us. The best decision we have ever made!!! Justin and his crew were out there the next day with their equipment. They dug up the tank and the section of pipe that was damaged and replaced the pipe for us. Justin was there the whole time and along with two crew members was very hands on, quite literally in the trenches doing the work. After two to three hours of exhausting labor they were done. As Justin was going to back fill the tank area he noticed that the inlet pipe was dripping water very slowly into the tank, after further investigation he discovered that a section of inlet pipe was clogged and needed repair too. Though it was late in the evening he stayed and repaired that pipe as well, going above and beyond what I believe anyone else would have done for us after that long day. He finished just as the sun set. After the job was complete Justin spent at least 30 minutes with me discussing how to best protect the system going forward and ensure that we get as much life as possible from it. He was conservative in his optimism, and honest in saying the system could last for years or a month, given the age. I became a Robert F Beall customer life that day and would not dream of using any other company for our septic needs. They have a great, client focused business, and really strive for total customer satisfaction. Justin is great, I can't say enough good things about him. You should have no concern in working with him and his team, and if the worst happens, you are in very good hands. I would recommend Robert F Beall to anyone and everyone that has a septic system!

First of all they were very responsive and flexible.  We scheduled for them to come out on 6 March, but had to reschedule due to weather and ice blocking the gate.  On the 13th they arrived at 7:00 am, which was great because it left far more of the day to take care of other things.  They pumped out the tank quickly and then let me know we really had a 1,000 gallon tank, even though we have always paid to pump out a 1,500 gallon tank.  Finally, they let us know the front baffle had fallen off, but it did not need to be replaced, as the code no longer requires them and they don't even install them on new tanks.  A great transaction and we will definitely be dealing with them moving forward.

I called early in the morning with my problem. `The problem had been going on for some time and I was a bit upset. Mary took my call and was Fabulous. While she explained that all techs were in the field with a list of jobs to be completed, she would see if she could get someone out to me that day. She called me back a few minutes later and told me Dale would be out later in the day. WOW. Dale arrived and had a difficult time getting the lid off as there was no handle on it as it had rust off. He worked to get the lid off and cleaned the tank and lines. He made sure that everything was flowing perfectly. He was very helpful with information on what may need to be done to improve the lid. Explained that the tank looked great with no interior problems.

They had the utilities out to mark my property and came out to dig out the bad section of pipe. They installed new piping and jetted out any remaining blockages. They put my lawn back together and laid seed and straw down. They were there for me when I needed them and highly recommend Beall to anyone in need of excellent service.

I had an emergent need for septic service at my rental property and called two other companies who never even bothered to call me back. I call Robert Beall and Sons and they had someone out to my house within an hour and a half and within three hours total the system was completely fixed and back in business. We narrowly avoided a septic back up into the house. Thanks Robert Beall and Sons for a terrific job! I will only call you in the future for my septic servicing needs!!

During the purchase of our home (June 2013), the existing septic system failed and the sellers had Beall and Sons install new components of the septic system. The sellers paid Beall and Sons directly for the new installation. In July and August of 2013, we started to occassionally smell the septic system while we were sitting on our screened in porch. I called Beall and Sons to request that they come by and take a look at the system, as I was concerned that something was not operating properly.
This wasnt an emergency call, so they assured me that they would be out within a week or so to take a look. Initially, they thought it was a tightness/sealant issue on the tank lid (if I remember correctly), so they made a quick fix. However, we had the same *lovely* smell while out on the porch that following week. I called Beall and Sons back and the team came back out pretty quickly after that. They did a more intrusive look at the system and determined that the NEW tank (purchased by the seller) had cracked/failed - an issue they had not experienced before with this same manufacturer (that they had used time and time again).
To make a long story short -- the company took care of the problem, including (1) going back and forth with the manufacturer to approve a modified installation (pouring concrete base to stabilize the bottom) so that the new tank would remain under warranty; and (2) replacing the tank under warranty for BOTH parts AND labor.
The warranty only officially included the parts (the tank), but they stood by the quality of their work, and provided the labor/all services related to this issue (failure of tank due to manufacturer defect) at no additional fee. I'm very pleased with the support that we received from this local company in dealing with this issue, and will definitely be using them again (and recommending them highly).
