I have been a full time/ full service Maryland Real Estate Agent since 2004. No duel career here. Being a full service agent you will have me every step of the way. From start to finish and even afterwards. You will never be passed off to some one else. I am truly blessed, being able to do what I love, Real Estate, Wife and Mom of two amazing boys. Real Estate has also allow me to be able to do volunteer service's and Zackary's Hugs ( Mission Co-Founded with my son). I have experience working with 1st time home buyers, Multi-Generational Homes, Seniors/Estate sales, Vet's (Thank Your for your service) , Sellers and Buyers. Working in all price points and types of homes from condo's, town homes, single family, waterfront and farms. Real Estate will most likely be the biggest money transaction you will be involved in. Everyone deserve professional, 1 on 1 outstanding service! I have experience working with FHA, VA, Conventional, Maryland Grants, Short Sales/ Foreclosures/REO's Bank Owned and Cash transactions. Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate, both have very similar and different needs. As a buyer your not just making the best investment you can, but your are looking for a home for yourself and or family. As a seller, your not just selling a home full of memories, but selling one if not the biggest investment you have. I do business the only way I know how with Great Customer/Client Service. Before Real Estate, my background was in retail and hospitality services/management. I learned the importance of great service.
