+ -1 moreI met Richard and his wife in a store one evening as we were pondering over bathroom fixtures. After much laughter and conversation, his wife finally mentioned that he was plumber and that was why he was giving us such a hard time about our choices. Well, what a blessing. I had been having a HARD time choosing a plumber. I gave him a call the next day. He called back that evening, we set a appt for an estimate, he and his son Troy showed up as promised. Gave me their professional opinion about what I needed to do and how I needed to proceed not just with the plumbing but the bathroom re-do in general. Richard agreed to fax an estimate that evening and he did. I called him to schedule the work and they were showed up as promised within a few days of the call. Richard CALLED ME to confirm that everything was on schedule and to set up the 2nd visit. I was pleasantly surprised that I could enjoy my plumber. But I did (and his son). Great guys. Great family. Great plumbers.
Description of Work: I had both baths re-done and added a wet bar in the basement. Richard and his son Troy completed all the plumbing in 2 visits. The first visit was to install a new shower pan, disconnect & cap off existing plumbing, and run the line for the wet bar. The 2nd visit was to connect/install faucets, toilets, and sinks. IN between the 2 visits I had tile floors/walls and vanity cabinets installed. They were personable, professional, thorough, on time, knowledgeable, and patiently explained the processes and answered my questions. The price was competitive. I've already referred them to my son who is just as pleased.
