I met Richard and his wife in a store one evening as we were pondering over bathroom fixtures. After much laughter and conversation, his wife finally mentioned that he was plumber and that was why he was giving us such a hard time about our choices. Well, what a blessing. I had been having a HARD time choosing a plumber. I gave him a call the next day. He called back that evening, we set a appt for an estimate, he and his son Troy showed up as promised. Gave me their professional opinion about what I needed to do and how I needed to proceed not just with the plumbing but the bathroom re-do in general. Richard agreed to fax an estimate that evening and he did. I called him to schedule the work and they were showed up as promised within a few days of the call. Richard CALLED ME to confirm that everything was on schedule and to set up the 2nd visit. I was pleasantly surprised that I could enjoy my plumber. But I did (and his son). Great guys. Great family. Great plumbers.
