Perfect Fit has been very responsive and efficient in coordinating the removal and replacement of the shutter. After the removal, they even emailed me to ask if everything went well. It did — the technician arrived on time and removed the shutter with no damage. Also, we are very pleased with our shutters, which we purchased in 2014. They look as good as the day they were installed and in the summer, they keep our kitchen cool. Perfecrt Fit is a great company (A++++) with an excellent product and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them.
