He didn't do a thorough home inspection. He was supposed to go into the attic and he almost left without going into the attic. He didn't inspect the deck. He just did a visual inspection, didn't take any outlet covers off or the electrical panel. I didn't get everything that I paid for.

North East Home Inspection LLC is a fantastic company to work with! The owner is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Prior to the appointment I received a detailed overview of pricing, various inspection packages and what to expect during the inspection. On the day of the appointment the owner arrived early (bonus points for punctuality!) and as we walked through the home he made sure to explain everything that he observed. Overall the inspection was very thorough and the owner did and excellent job capturing all of the details and photos in the follow up report. I had a great experience with North East Home Inspection LLC and I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend the company to anyone looking for quality home inspection services!
