On 03/25/06 they installed my service. Immediately after he left I noticed the phone lines were garbled. They came back 2-3 hours later and said it was an working ok and it must be something from the end of the person that called me. The supervisor came out 1 week later and said it was an intermittent issue. It is a horrible connection. They just keep telling me it is an intermittent problem they are working on. I went out and bought new phones to try to solve the problem as per the request of the service man. It has been 2 weeks and I still don't have a good connection and 1 TV isn't working at all. I can't email anyone at all. No one has called from their company. I have no email and my bedroom TV has been out for 1 week. I'm going back to my previous provider. I want my installation fee back and refund for the modem I had to buy. 2 weeks of aggravation.
