He was good about calling and coming over as soon as he could to give an estimate. Showed up on time with supplies. Took out old door and window fine, put new ones in fine. The problem came when he did the trim. Tried to stick a piece of wood in the side of my window frame to fill it in instead of replacing the whole thing. I told him it wasn't acceptable. He replaced it but still is not a professional looking job. Used scraps of wood and the old frame cut almost in half. Left a notch out of the corner of the door frame. I told him it needed to be replaced and he grumbled and replaced it. They put up 2 fans fine. I had to leave before the 3rd fan was put up. I paid them in full and after I left, they left without putting up the 3rd fan and left the top of the closet unmudded or caulked. When I came back I noticed how the trim on the outside wasn't done correctly.

I broke a hinge on a kitchen cabinet door. I got new hinges and was unable to install myself. Mr. Collision installed the two hinges for me. After my mother passed away, I needed to set up her bed and frame. Having a bad back I needed help. Mr. Collision installed the frame and set the bed on it. Seems simple, but I couldn't have done it myself. Appreciated the help. Mr. Collision says he doesn't mind doing handyman work, but he does sometimes get very busy in his other business and is not always available. I needed screen repaired in sliding glass door, he measured and said he would purchase screen and return that was over a week ago. Don't know if he's busy or not interested.

What I like about Lynn Carson is that he is prompt, punctual, and he keeps his word. I like that he has honest fair prices as well. There were no surprises that came up and there is nothing bad I would say about him.
