It went very well. Steve arrived earlier than orginally projected (because I had asked him to come as soon as possible, though our appointment was technically for 4:00 PM. He knew exactly what to do, and the diagnosis and repair took just a few minutes. Jay was courteous and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him if I have any HVAC issues in the future.
