+ -1 moreIt went very well. Steve arrived earlier than orginally projected (because I had asked him to come as soon as possible, though our appointment was technically for 4:00 PM. He knew exactly what to do, and the diagnosis and repair took just a few minutes. Jay was courteous and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him if I have any HVAC issues in the future.
Description of Work: Klimate Kings' Jay Connor was kind enough to step in when a provider I have used (through American Home Shield) for the past few years left me stranded with no A/C after "repairing" the unit last week. Because the service was still under warranty, it was at no cost to me. Jay found and repaired a faulty wire in the outside central air unit, and was careful to wipe his feet on the way in (it was still wet outside from last evening's rain).
