We provide choices, so that you can select which repair or install works best for you. Always upfront, neat, and timely. Of course, we do all the normal repairs like outlets/switches/lights not working, but we also install a lot of new things in your home. We do not currently offer the following: Commercial Repair/Installation, Automated Generator Install/Repair, Internet Cable, Solar, Appliance Repair, Lamp Repair, or Home Theatre Services.

"I am very confused here as to why you didn't do the work. You called, we provided a price range over the phone of $275-$600 for your type of installation. We drive an hour to get to you. We look at the work and see it will take another 2-3 hours to complete plus materials. We provided you with several levels of options to complete the work. The lowest option was under $500, which was perfectly within the price range given over the phone. You decline the service, why? Do we have installs that start at $275 for your type of work, yes we absolutely do but not ones that take up 3-4 billable hours."

"This person was a potential client that disagreed to our business model over the phone. Yes we have a $29 dispatch fee for everybody (which has changed to an $89 service charge- applies towards work on same day of quote) , whether it's a service call or quote. I have done testing to find that doing free estimates, in general, is a huge burden to a company and drives up the hourly rate of 25-40%. We have tested free estimates, free dispatching to everyone, quote only fee and dispatch fee to everyone. Doing free estimates generated upwards of 20 nonbillable hours per truck per week. To offset this loss we would have to increase our base rates. Through our testing, we found that people willing to invest $29 used us more than not and we didn't invest too much time on unbillable hours. Therefore we didn't need to increase our rates. Again thank you for taking the time to leave a review based on our dispatch fee. It has given me the opportunity to explain why we no longer do free estimates and educate anyone that reads this."
