The job took over two months to get started. Multiple go-arounds with city permitting for the garage contributed to the delay. Once started, the work was finished in a little over two weeks. We started by telling Rick we didn't want to spend more than $20K on the project (with the idea that going a thousand or so over would be fine). Well, Rick led us down a path that got us to spend $25K. We think we got what we paid for but it is disappointing that Rick didn't keep our target price more in mind in our discussions. The majority of the work was performed while we were out of town on vacation which created some issues where items (windows, switches) shown clearly on the plans were improperly located. Rick did rework the issues to our satisfaction. The quality of Rick's work appears to be exemplary. Certainly this garage is a thousand times better than the shed it replaced.
Description of Work: Removed old 10x16 shed, built a detached garage in its place and a small stoop (unrelated to the shed).
