They were okay. I just think they weren't able to help us with our problem and we ending up getting it taken care of by somebody else who did a better job. They were nice and everything but they just couldn't help us solve the problem. Their pricing was okay.

We have lived in this area for 17 years and have used many services from many companies.  We have been taken advantage of from roofers to plumbers so I learned to do my homework BEFORE hiring anyone.  I used Thumbtack, Angie's List, and Better Business Bureau to check for complaints and other reviews.  I questioned many other computer services about their computer training, certifications, credentials, policies, warranties, services, experience and prices.  Before knowing the depth of my extensive computer problem, many other companies(about 7) gave me assurances with promised results with a quick turn around time. Diverse Concepts is the only company  that asked me pertinent questions and gave realistic answers while also scoring perfect  scores with my above questions and expectations. They are a trusted Dept of Defense government contractor dealing in classified information with a government security clearance so I knew my private information would stay private and secure.  I was extremely pleased to see that these top notch experts are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business.  They also have a wide network of external resources(not just an individual working from home).  Robert was the IT tech that fixed my computer nightmare and I couldn't be more pleased.  He gave me updates and explained the issues in a timely manner for every step of the process. The original quoted price was not increased even though the work and time involved  was probably more than 5 times what was originally thought....this was not due to the company's fault  but rather from us incredibly  receiving a corrupted Windows Service Pack platform when we bought the computer!  Diverse Concepts was able to fix everything 100% without loss of any data and they even set all my personal settings back.  They educated me on the best antivirus, malware and other ways to protect my computer.  They explained what they did to clean up my computer to where it is at lightning speed.  Robert also scheduled time for me to learn and answer my questions/concerns when I picked up the computer at no charge!  They offer an inexpensive fantastic service to monitor and update all aspects of my compute(Windows, antivirus, security, Adobe, malware, patches, Java, spyware, disk cleanup, disk defragment, etc.) in addition to remote access for future problems-what a great peace of mind this is for me.  I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.  I am putting them on my speed dial!  They have exceeded even my high expectations.  Diverse Concepts is a company that is truly an established and reputable PROFESSIONAL company in every aspect with great service, personnel  and pricing
