They were good to work with.. but we still need more time to evaluate the problem that we had with the slate roof leaks. So far the weather has been too mild to know..

I worked with Daniel Parks JR. He was very nice. Was able to explain every part of the possible repair and even found damage we didn't know was there. (We had another company look) He showed us pictures of all the damage before we hired him. He then showed us pictures during and after the repair. The men that were here were very respectful and did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely call them again if I needed work done.

I was told by other contractors I was overcharged. He told me he would give me a 20 percent discount and gave me 10 percent. He was very disrespectful and nasty. I would never recommend him and think you should discontinue him from your site.

Daniel was great. He was very responsive and got the work done at a reasonable price. I plan to hire him for some other work in the future.

Mr. Parks called me. We set a time to meet. He arrived on time. He went to my roof,took photos of areas that needed repair. He said he could do the work that day. He gave a reasonable price and I gave him the go ahead. The job was completed in about 2 hrs. Mr. Parks showed me pictures of the finished roof repairs and the entire roof coating with sealant. Mr. Parks cleaned up and carted away all debris. Very excellent work.

Daniel Parks service was awesome. Daniel came to my house, reviewed the work to be done,; after he surveyed the roof, he walked around outside with me so that I could see exactly what he saw and to define my expectations; and he then gave me a free estimate. To be sure, all of the estimates were very close in numbers but Daniel's attention and customer service put him over the top of the others I met with. The roof work was completed in 1 day as he indicated and the wood trim was completed the next day and so far everything looks great and works the way it should. Daniel Parks replaced gutters and downspouts; replaced all rotting wood around the chimney and the rest of the roof. All trim was painted to meet homeowners' associations' specs. Yes I would call Daniel Parks again for work on my house.
