TV Service - Cable
I have a Comcast maintenance contract. I last used them probably a year ago. They came in to adjust my TV. My experience with them has been good. What I do not like about them is that they surprise you by increasing the bill, like every year. I do not know why they do that. They do it very year. This is a big thing. At one time I had a $140 bill and then the next month it went up to $190 something, and I said to them what are you doing. They had added certain services without informing me that they were going to be providing, which I did not request. They were billing me for DVR and I said to them that I do not have a DVR. I would say that their price is a little bit high. When they come out, I would say they do a pretty good job.
