We have found them to be highly efficient and effective in their property management services and the communication that they provide. Our vacancy rate is low, their response time is quick, and they conduct thorough background checks to make sure that the tenants are a good fit for the property. They have afforded us the luxury of having a rental investment property and being completely hands off, as they handle any and all issues that arise. We could not ask for a better property management company. Further, we would hire them for any future investment properties.
