I've been using them for a pretty many years, got to be close to 10 years. I'd grade them "A" overall or else I wouldn't still have them. For pricing, it's hard to say I haven't priced a lot of other companies. I'd give them an "A" for everything else.

I'd give them all "A's". This was the upstairs one and the unit was in the attic. They had to take apart the old unit and take it out of the attic. Then assemble the new unit in the attic. It was noisy. So they came back and actually hung the unit from the rafters with springs on it to insulate it from noise from the house. I was really impressed with that. So that the house didn't get any noise from the unit in the attic. I will continue to go to them and have.

Their office called to say the repairmen were on the way: very personable and polite young men, Phil and Shayne. A new igniter (glowfly) was installed fairly fast in the tight quarters of the attic. I felt the cost of the replacement part was quite high but everything else seemed within limits. They offered a good annual contract and and I will check references and prices elsewhere. I was not charged as an emergency call, which it really was since the furnace was not working and the house was down to 54 degrees.

I had an appointment scheduled for 25 Jan between 8 - 1. Jeff called shortly before 9:00 to say the appointment was canceled due to other customer's problems. The company serviced the unit in the past. I will not do business with them again. I thought canceling an appointment during the appointment window was extremely unprofessional. I strongly suggest going with a company that cares about customers with better customer service.

"I would like to apologize for not being able to get to your home for an inspection on January 25th. During the recent record breaking cold weather, we were inundated with no heat calls. Customers with NO HEAT take precedence on our schedule. This requires us to reschedule customers who had working systems. It went great. The technician arrived on time and called me abt a 1/2 before to let me know he was in route. He appeared to be honest. He replaced a few worn pieces and conducted a general maintenance service. Because he appeared to be so honest, i signed up for a maintenance contract. He was done in abt an hr and was friendly and professional. I thought it was a little on the pricey side but i thought it was fair.
