+ -1 moreRoof leaked causing me unnecessary repair costs, finally I have had to purchase a new roof and I now have to get ceiling damages repaired in two bedrooms. Also an old pipe burst costing me approximately $1,000 in repair and water costs, and the furnace/ac unit which was installed in the attic does not provide adequate heat or a/c. I have had to purchase four heaters to heat the house in the winter and have had to buy a portable and a window air conditioning unit to cool the house in the summer. My gas and electric bills for heat and a/c are through the roof due to this mistake design and installation.
Description of Work: Sold me a house with a bad roof.
