Great,I was extremely satisfied

Very thorough home inspection was performed, discovered many issues with our newly constructed home that we were able to have repaired prior to closing.

Aaron was punctual, thorough and great to work with. The report was professional with an excellent summary. I would hire him again.

Aaron was responsive, professional, and outstanding throughout the process. I hired him to inspect a home I am currently renting before making an offer to the owners. Aaron was able to fit the inspection in within a few days of my first call. He arrived on time and was very thorough. The inspection took about 4 hrs, and he provided the detailed report with pictures later that same night. I've used at least 5 home inspectors in the past, and I would definitely use Aaron again.

Aaron was prompt (actually got there early), professional and pleasant. We had an accepted contract on an investment property and he was checking it out to see what items would need addressing. I had also asked an electrician to go through the house the next day to give me a quote on what it would cost to bring the place up to code. The electrician did catch one item that was against code that Aaron had missed (the thermostat wire was run along with -inside- a duct vent) BUT the house was built in 1958 and he had a lot of ground to cover. The inspection took over three hours- he was thorough. He left radon testing in place and had to follow up in a few days to pick it up and send off for testing. He followed up after the radon results came back. All in all a great job- I would hire him again.

My apologies for not writing a performance review after services were performed but Aaron was OUTSTANDING!! Performed tasks on time and in a professional manner. Even returned phone calls "after" the service was performed to ensure I understood everything. Would definitely use again if needed.

Contacted Aaron and set a date for inspection. Aaron showed on time and went through a detailed list of items which covered structure, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.  All items were check by hand and a detailed report was provided. 

Aaron was very good.  I am doing my evaluation a year after the inspection because you find things  after living in the house that Inspector's miss.  I FOUND NONE. 

Aaron gave a 23 page report with pictures that I still refer to today.  I did not find any defect since I have been living here that Aaron did not find. 

The real evaluation for a home Inspection is that you should not find new things after you move in, and I did not. 

The inspector I had for my old house was not as good as Aaron.  I found things months after I moved in

Aaron was a pleasure to work with and I could not have been happier with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the area. He was very thorough, friendly, and patient as I asked many questions. Fantastic service overall!!

We arrived at the house slightly late and Aaron was already at work inspecting the out side of the house.  He was very tedious in ensuring that he inspected every part of the home. This was second house and my second time having experience a home inspection and I wish that I knew him three years ago, he would of save me countless dollars. He is the most ethical Inspector that I have come across and inspected our house as if he was making a long term investment.  I don't write many Angies List reviews but after experiencing service, I felt compelled to let everyone know. I was able to get a hold of Aarone during normal and odd hours of the day If I possible had a question.

This is the second time I have used Aaron.  I would consider him to be my go-to guy.  The first time I utilized his service was for a potential home purchase in October 2013.  His inspection was thorough, took between 2 and 3 hours. This was on a 900 square foot single detached rancher house.  I accompanied him throughout the inspection.  I asked many questions which he answered and he also guided me through the inspection teaching me so many things about the process.  He discovered so many critical issues with the house that we were able to make a decision to reject the house purchase.  His thoroughness saved me a hundred thousand dollars worth of headache.Later on the same day of the inspection he emailed me the formal report including photos of all problem areas.  The report was comprehensive and covered everything we discovered during the inspection.  He charged me $350 approximately.  This was for the property 4201 Old Frederick Road 21229.
Aaron was also very available with scheduling and was very prompt in arriving at the house.  He was efficient and professional.
On May 1, 2014 , I again scheduled Aaron to inspect a different home...a condo.  My experience was the same as the last time I used him in October 2013.  He answers his phone personally and promptly every time.  He is comprehensive, professional and efficient.  We did the condo inspection.  This was a faster process.  The condo was just under 900 square feet.  The cost was $250.  This was for the condo at Villages at Homeland.
After the inspection, later that day, Aaron emailed me a through report including photos and detailed notes of all the problem areas.

Aaron was very courteous and informative over the phone when scheduling our appointment. This service continued at the house where he thoroughly answered all of my questions regarding the property and its systems. His report was very thorough and included a section that walked through all of the aspects of the property and a second that clearly listed and defined all of the potential problem areas of the property. I plan to work with Aaron for inspections on all of my future Baltimore area properties.

Aaron was on time for our scheduled appointment.  Due to the age of my mother's home [built in 1950], he spent 4 1/2 hrs performing the inspection.  Then Aaron briefly went over any significant recommendations/repairs with me.  He emailed the inspection report the next day.  He did a very thorough job and  I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.   I highly recommend his services.

Love love love Aaron.  First of all, I made the appointment less than a week in advance, and he was more than accommodating when I called.  He was thorough with his inspection and very detailed in the report that was e-mailed about 2 hours after we left the site.  The inspection itself took approximately 4 hours, and he mentioned certain items that should be fixed throughout the house.  As a first time home buyer, he was detailed in what he was looking for and was open to answer any questions I had regarding the house.  His report was detailed and took pictures of any issues he noticed, which were presented in the report.

I am specifically writing this review from the perspective of a female home buyer.
From the first contact to receiving the inspection report Aaron did a fantastic job.  He was accessible, responsive, thorough, and prompt.  Aaron answered my initial call and provided me with an expectation of cost, time needed for inspection, and availability.  I was on a tight time line and Aaron was able to inspect the property with less than a week notice. 
He arrived at the property and spent three hours examining every aspect of the home and pointing out defects in the property.    Aaron spent time with me to make sure that I had a clear understanding of the defects including how minor or significant the defects were and why.  I particularly appreciated that at no time during the inspection did I feel that the discussion was "dumbed down".  He was courteous and respectful to my questions.
I was particularly impressed that I received my inspection report within an hour after leaving the property.  The report was concise, well written and included annotated photos of the defects and recommendations.
As I shared with Aaron, I have worked with many inspectors in the past with mixed results, but he made this a very positive experience and I would recommend him to any of my friends or family.

From start to finish, Aaron was thorough in his home inspection.  He checked everything inside & outside of the condo including the garage.  He took photos of problem areas which he included in his report.  I was very impressed with his professionalism.

All aspects of job performance were timely, responsive and professional.  Follow up report was thorough and very easy to understand. Gave a good template of issues and problems needed to be addressed by homeowner.  Constantly provided updates and pointed out specific issues and explained impact on future home buyers. Excellent.
