This could not have gone any better. Everything was handled extremely well. I never once felt the need to hop on a plane to deal with complications (though friends and family thought that I should). Carmel Llewellyn went way, way beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went well for us. The other two realtors involved didn’t even lift a finger to help. In fact, the seller of the Frederick, MD property commented that he never heard from his realtor after papers were signed. However, Carmel was there getting multiple quotes for the roof replacement and worked with the seller personally. If you need a realtor to help you buy or sell a home, you couldn’t do any better than work with Carmel Llewellyn. She is the best.
