Constant delays, sloppy work, and unkept promises were routine.  You never knew when they would show up and they rarely came when they said they would.  I was repeatedly assured that everything would be taken care of even when i directly and nicely asked whether they had the capacity to do the work.
The worst part was that I continued to believe what they said since they were the experts and i frankly didn't know and and as of the week before Memorial Day they had still not finished spring cleanup. I had never seen so many enormous weeds thriving on my property. It was embarrassing.
Their negligence resulted in a lot of heartburn and extra work for me and other people who I paid to do the work they were supposed to do because it was getting so out of hand. It also resulted in the loss of several expensive plantings that had been thriving for 3 years.  They took no responsibility or even acknowledged the poor job they did and even tried to charge me because they required a 30-day cancellation notice.
They seemed like very nice people with good expertise and I never expected anything like this.

Kevin and his helpers arrived Wednesday morning and got to work weeding, pruning, and trimming. I was amazed when I returned later that afternoon to find everything done, mulched, and cleaned up-- I almost didn't recognize my own yard! Amazing quality of work for a low price. Definitely would recommend them.
