I'm planning on installing an above ground pool and I needed to order some sand to sit it on. Once I provided the size, the office determined that I needed 7 tons. The office worked with me to schedule a delivery time, and they showed up on time. The truck driver called me about 10 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way.$40.00 of the total price was a delivery charge.

I've called Huffer Trucking many times over the last few years to deliver sand, gravel and topsoil to my house for different yard projects. They give advice on what type of product to order (size of gravel for different projects, type of sand for kids' sandbox, etc.), and are often able to deliver it within a couple of hours, even on weekends. Small quantities are no problem and the price including delivery is far less than buying the stuff in bags at Home Depot. The drivers are always friendly and careful.
