He was not licensed , He over charged us , He lied basically that he can do Home Improvements he dried the carpet out he basically has his contractor do the work he let the contractor work on the carpet and was ruin and will not refer him.

"I completely disagree with the statement from this customer. Unfortunately owning a small buisness, I have to always take the high road. I have a family that depends on me. I can say I have run a honest trustworthy service business for over 20 years and do not lie or cheat my customers. I never said I was licensed or did home improvement work. That conversation never came up. I know what we offered. I own a water restoration company. We remove drywall, carpet padding and flooring and install equipment to dry out flooded basements. We then install the carpet and padding that we remove. I do not need a home improvement license for these things. My contractor who I hire from time to time does carry the license needed for the work he performs. He does very nice work. I pride myself and base my buisness on honesty, quality and good service. Anyone who has worked with my company would attest to that I’m sure. I would be more than happy to speak with anyone who is interested in knowing the truth of this review. My company took a big loss helping this customer."

Hamilton's Unlimited was here before the plumbers and had my house back to normal in less than four days - including new drywall and paint. On a Sunday evening, a huge clog backed up the drain for both of my 2nd Floor bathrooms and the water ran down into my 1st Floor ceiling. I got the water turned off and called the plumber and Kevin at Hamilton's Unlimited. Since I also have a Powder Room on the 1st Floor, I told them both it can wait until Monday morning. Early the next morning the plumber called to say they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they move me up. Of course, I told them yes. By the time the plumbers got here (early), Hamilton's Unlimited had already removed all of the wet ceiling, disinfected the framing, set up fans and a dehumidifier, and hauled away the debris. As a bonus, having the ceiling open like that helped the plumbers determine where the clog was which saved me even more time and money. That afternoon, after everyone had left, I was sure I'd be dealing with this for a week or more. However, over the next 48-hours, Hamilton's Unlimited kept in contact with me, even stopping by, to ensure that the drying process was progressing to their liking. By Thursday afternoon - less than four days after the leak - they had installed all new drywall, sanded, and fresh paint on the entire ceiling and one wall. Done. Like it never even happened - only quicker and less painless.

Kevin, the owner replied promptly to our request for an evaluation and estimate. He came out and did the work himself in a timely manner and kept us appraised of his work as he went along. The carpets on our second floor had never been cleaned in 20 years. They were in pretty rough shape due to the cats we have owned through the years. Kevin came to the house and thoroughly examined the area and assessed whether or not he could totally remove the stains. I appreciated the fact that he would be the one to actually perform the service. When the job was completed, the carpets looked amazing. I will hire him again--and won't wait 20 years!

We had some expensive furniture and some area rugs cleaned by Kevin and his crew. He was very accommodating to our time constraints and showed up on time to give us an estimate and was even able to complete the work the same day! Very honest company and did great work. Kevin and his team were very personable and they even showed us the amount of dirt that he was able to remove… we were shocked! The carpet had not been cleaned for several years and had some serious spots that needed treated. Kevin was very dedicated to removing difficult stains and even called the following day to see if treating a few particularly resistant areas had come clean with an additional product he had applied. He was in the area and offered to drop by to treat the spots again if necessary! That is true dedication to his craft.

We have 3 dogs. So even though the carpet had been cleaned just prior to our moving in 14 months ago, the family room carpet was very dirty. Kevin responded to my initial call in a very timely manner. We scheduled a time for the estimate, and he arrived right on the dot. He explained what would be involved in cleaning the carpet and gave us an very reasonable estimate. We were able to schedule the cleaning for 3 days later. Kevin kept in touch prior to his arrival, which was (again) right on time. We had moved what furniture we could prior to his arrival, so he was able to get right to work. We were amazed at what the deep vacuuming was able to pull from the carpet! We were so impressed that we asked if he could vacuum 3 oriental rugs, which he did without hesitation. He was very thorough with the steam cleaning process, and the process he uses removed so much of the water that the carpet was almost dry within a couple of hours. We discussed our options for keeping the carpet in good shape, including getting on a routine maintenance schedule. The entire second floor of our home is carpeted, but the carpet is stretching badly. Kevin gave us an estimate to clean and stretch the carpet in 5 bedrooms and a hallway. We'll be calling him in the spring to take care of that. If you have carpets in need of cleaning, Kevin is your man.

Kevin did a fantastic job. We had our carpet restreched where there were many ripples, then got the wall to wall cleaned perfectly. It looks brand new! He took great pains to make sure we were satisfied, and we are! A friend asked me yesterday if we had gotten new carpeting! I could not be more satisfied

My experience with Hamilton's Unlimited, LLC. was extremely positive. This was by far the easiest transaction that I have ever had with a company like this. I called, they set up an appointment and they came when they said they would. We discussed what needed to be done and I was quoted a very reasonable price. We set up an appointment for the cleaning. On the day of the cleaning the owner of the company and his son came out to perform the work. They were very respectful of me, my house, my pets, and my time. They communicated to me during the job and asked me to view the work while they were performing it. My carpet was heavily pet stained. Kevin (the owner) stated to me in the very beginning that he would not be able to guarantee that all of the pet stains would be removed, but he stated that he would do his best because ultimately he wanted me to be happy with the job. For me having this philosophy is very important. I can completely understand that some things cannot be corrected, but He worked very **** ** the carpet and all of the stains were removed. I am very happy with the results and the experience. I would definitely recommend this company.

WOW!! All I can say is wow!! I lived in a home for 10 years before I rented it out. After 3 years, my tenant put more wear on my carpet in 3 years than I did in 10 years. My tenant allowed his dog to use the basement carpet as it's own personal bathroom. I was devastated that my home of 10 years was treated so poorly. Living out of state and traveling for business, I thought I was going to have to find a national company to dispatch out to the house. I'm so glad I decided to go with his small business. Kevin was so wonderful. He texted and called me, kept me up to date on the project. He let himself into the home without my having to be there and was on the phone with me as he walked through the home when doing his assessment. My not being there in person was no problem for him....or me! He took pictures of all the stains so that I had proof for my tenant. Some of the stains, I had not even noticed when I was at the house, but he had such an attention to detail that he picked out every issue. He sent me the after pictures and I COULD NOT BELIEVE the amazing job he did! I was able to go to the house afterwards to see the carpet in person shortly after he completed. It looked brand new! I couldn't believe it!!! I am leaving reviews all over for him. Don't pass up on this guy....he is worth EVERY PENNY!!!!!!

The staff at Hamilton Unlimited was professional and knowledgeable. We worked directly with the owner, Kevin, who was clear and detailed regarding the types of options I had with regard to replacing or cleaning our carpets. Once we decided what we wanted, he went out of his way to get the job done quickly. The workmanship was clean and the end result was beautiful. The Hamilton Unlimited paining team is amazing. They arrived on time as scheduled and knocked out three rooms and a hall, which included ceiling crown molding, chair molding, walls and window trim. There are absolutely no wobble lines every edge is crisp and clean. With all the molding that's five different edges! I'm 69 years old and I have seen many painters and there maybe cheaper painters but there are no better painters. When they were finished they cleaned up put all the furniture back into place and vacuumed. We also had our carpets cleaned by Hamiltons unlimited and it too was the best carpet cleaning we've ever had!

Hamilton's Unlimited will be the only carpet cleaning company my family will use in the future. The professionalism and attention to detail surpassed all of my expectations. Each product used in my home was explained to me, which is important because we have a small child in our home. Mr. Hamilton did the work himself - he was on time, very courteous and professional, and did a very nice job cleaning and resealing a couple of tile bathroom floors and cleaning the slate floor in the entryway of our house. Kevin did a wonderful job and worked very hard to get our carpet as clean as possible. With 4 kids, 2 dogs and a cat this was almost an impossible feat, the carpet looks great! He also was able to stretch it and get the annoying ripples out of it which we are most pleased about. Kevin was very responsive and willing to go extra lengths to make sure we were satisfied.

Texted Kevin on a weekend and he responded to the inquiry. Asked about carpet cleaning for roughly 270 square feet. He set up a time to come by and give a free, no-hassle estimate so I knew exactly what to expect. Said he was sure he could get the stains out and make the carpet look pretty good again. It was intially hard to believe because our carpet is so old and there were alot of stains. Replacing the carpet wasnt in the budget so we scheduled for the cleaning. He came later than originally scheduled but was in touch with me to let me know he was running behind (which was appreciated)!
Kevin is a very friendly guy, very straight forward also. He got right into pre-treating and cleaning. He even offered to clean the carpets on our screened-in porch and our master bedroom for free while he was there. Afterwards, the carpets looked and smelled fantastic! Again, it was pretty unbelievable to see so many stains had come out and old stains included!
Would definitely recommend him and will use him again for any carpet needs! If you're looking for no nonsense carpet cleaning that includes free estimates, Kevin is the guy. Other companies couldn't give me ballpark estimates, nor would they offer to come out for free to give an accurate quote.
