George Rosner Painting Contractor

We hired George to paint the fence around our property and he did a great job.  I was very impressed with George's responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism, things that take a back seat with many home improvement contractors.  George calls and keeps you informed, he shows up to work on time, and wants you to be completely satisfied.  On my job, George did all the work himself.  He stained our wooden fence by hand and the finished product was beautiful.

George was very responsive and because of the extended nice weather was able to come out that same week and do my painting. Would definitely use him again.

From initial contact for estimate to completion of job, George handled the job very professionally. After giving us an approximate start date based on his existing work, he called the week before to let us know when he'd be out. The color was exactly what we wanted and he did a neat, professional job. I'd definitely hire him again.

Went above and beyond to match paint to the existing color.
We liked that he used brush/roller and not paint sprayer.
Very considerate with landscaping and keeping the fence gate closed for the dog when coming in and out of yard with ladders.
Got 3 estimates and his was right in line with the other 2.

George was wonderful! Polite and considerate of my property and landscaping which was important to me. Most painters I interviewed told me to expect damage to my landscaping. George said, "when he leaves in the evening their will be no evidence he was working earlier that day other than progress moving along the stain job. It was true, after the first day I did not feel I needed to stay on top of him and went to work on day two. He would call in the evening if he had something to address or ask how we wanted something handled. We are planning on having George power wash and stain the entire main house (cedar siding) come this Spring 2014. I would highly recommend George! E. King Mt Airy, MD

George was very prompt with his callback, gave an estimate on his first visit, and started work the following Monday. He matched the paint color exactly, and caulked leaking troublesome windows. He also painted my neighbors front shutters in order to match mine for no additional charge.

It was great. He did a wonderful job. I didn't compare his prices but I later learned that his prices were a little on the high side. He did a great job which was worth a lot. He was very courteous. He arrived on time and kept all his promises. He was responsive to my concerns. He did a top quality job including getting to areas that were high off the ground and difficult to reach.

We contacted George. He came out in a timely fashion, gave us an estimate and a start date. He did a great job. We would use him again.

The job went very well. George did an excellent job scraping and painting the wood exterior. George is very professional. He is neat and cleans up after the job.

We hired George to do interior and exterior painting in our home on three different occasions over the past several years -- totaling about $2,000 worth of painting, maybe a bit more. He does a beautiful job. He is extremely professional and competent, provides a written estimate and performs the work when he says he will and within the promised time frame (or sooner.) And he's a great guy. I felt comfortable having him work in the house all day while I and my family were home.
