Dan Wetzel visited our home to give us a quote for the repair - he was able to accomodate our busy schedules and meet with us in the late afternoon, so that my husband and I would not need to take off much time from work. He also gave us a solution to repairing the carpet that involved using a patch of matching carpet from the closet space, so that we could be sure to use an exact match to the color. We did not install the original carpeting so we were unsure about where to buy a match, and because of the pattern in it, it would have been a difficult task. So, he went to the store with a small patch of our carpeting, matched something very close to it, returned to repair the patch and the area from our closet space. Also, he took out the "ripples" in our carpeting that had developed over the years. My husband was at home with our 7 month old son at the time, and Dan actually put in the extra effort of moving most of the furniture himself, so that my husband could attend to our son. He did the work for a very reasonable rate, and the carpeting looks great. We are very happy with his services and will be using him again the next time that we need to replace or repair any carpeting. Even though this was probably a small job (we live in a condo), he did not disregard us as other larger companies may have.
