Mr. Robert Cooper fixed spears and boat lifts. He was reasonable. He did what he said that he would do. He did a good job. He left a card or some kind of solicitation in my mailbox. I called him and he came out. He told me that the boat lift needed new cables and some other things. So, I put it off for a month. Something happened to the boat lift. The cable got jammed and it would not come off to lift anymore. I called him and he fixed it. He got the boat up in the air so that the lift could be fixed and then he put the cables on it. His price was fair.
