They do a good job and everything but the dusting is very spotty, they don't get all the dust of is all I'm gonna say.
The crew of 2, thoroughly cleaned the kitchen, including inside the cupboards and the inside of the entire refrigerator/freezer. Carpeted floors were vacuumed (4 bedrooms & a club room). Tile and hardwood floors in the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, entrance hall and all bathrooms were cleaned. Three bathrooms and a powder room were cleaned. Bathroom and kitchen fixtures were cleaned. Base molding was dusted or wiped. Our 2 story, and club room basement, was cleaned in ~ 4 1/2 hours. The crew worked continuously and were very efficient. The crew members were also very friendly and wanted to make sure the house was cleaned to our satisfaction. A job well done!
"We at Sparkle Maids make every effort to ensure a thorough cleaning of each and every house. There are times that we go in houses that have not been kept up for awhile and we do our best to clean but unfortunately not every stain will come up depending on the time that it has been on the surface, even after making many efforts. We also ask every customer to check over our work before leaving and if you are dissatisfied in any way to give us a call so that we can make it right. Also in the future we recommend calling a company and describing the condition of your house if you are not sure how long the cleaning may take as we would be able to help with timing questions.
