The technicians are all first rate, friendly, and well trained. They let us know when they will be arriving well in advance and are careful with our property. Best of all the ticks and fleas and of course mosquitos are kept at bay, while the bees, butterflies, and may other insects are still plentiful. We have been using there service for several years.

Since we don't have a screened in porch and we have millions of mosquitoes its great to be able to sit outside again. MJ always responds when I email them with any issues. Appreciate the personalized service.

Many mosquitos were still around and alive. They offered me my money back or would come back and spray. Two men came back and sprayed - were there for 3 minutes and left. Still got bit bad - apparently the spraying did not work the first time or the second. Very disappointed - should have just bought the spray and done it myself.

DO NOT use Mosquito Joe for mosquito services.

They do not communicate with their technicians, do not care at all about your customer service, and probably should overall not be trusted.

Their current offer is $39 spray when you sign up for recurring sprays (that you can cancel at any time) and 100% satisfaction guarantee. Sounded great, of course.

They first came out 11 days ago. We were still dealing with mosquitos just days after treatment. Yesterday, I was outside for 10 minutes and came in with 6 bites. We were dissatisfied with the treatment and requesting a respraying- from their instructions they say, "If a noticeable amount of mosquitos return with 14 days of treatment, give us a call and we'll do a touch up spray at no charge."

On top of that, the first time they came out, they gave us a 12 hour window. 12 hour windows are hard because it makes it impossible to schedule when dogs can go out and also the windows have to be closed, which in the summer is very difficult to do. Both my wife and I have worked in the pest control industry, with appointment-based schedules. We know 12 hour windows aren't necessary.

So for this next spray, we asked if they could PLEASE give us a more concrete time frame. We were understanding and respectful, but told them we couldn't do 12 hour windows. They gave us a two-hour window: 12pm to 2pm. Great. Noted.

At 11:30am I see them struggling to get in the gate. Thank god it was locked or they may have let a dog out or got bitten. I opened the gate for the technician and apologized, telling him that we did not expect him until 12pm. He said he had no idea. He had no idea about this very crucial instruction we requested.

On top of everything, their post-treatment instructions on the door tag are conflicting. The front says allow 30 minutes before resuming outdoor activity and up to 24 hours for mosquitos to disappear, the back says 20-30 minutes and up to 48 hours. How can I trust your company when you can't even be consistent with your instructions on something as simple as when your product dries and when to expect it to work?

They finished up and we shot an email to the director of operations, letting her know that we were dissatisfied with the service overall, dissatisfied with the company's inter-office communication (or lack thereof), and would be discontinuing our service with them.

A minute later, we received, by far, one of the rudest phone calls we have ever received, chastising us for believing that any company could possibly stick to a 2-hour window, that "30 minutes is good in this industry" (it's not), "no other company can give you that window" (they can, we've successfully used Western Pest in the past), and that now she's out 2 sprays for $39 (ok, don't offer 100% satisfaction guarantee if you don't care if your customers are 100% satisfied).

Don't use these rude crooks. Not worth it. Two thumbs down.

This is the second year we have had this service and we have had nothing but positive experiences. After beginning the service last summer, we had zero problem with mosquitoes in our yard. Previously, we had a terrible problem with mosquitoes and I did not feel comfortable spending time outside with my grandchildren. Once we started this service, we were able to enjoy the yard for the whole summer season. The staff is prompt, courteous, and professional and we are looking forward to another enjoyable outdoor summer.
