The best estimate I received including one for the same make and model for $3300. less than an estimate from another contractor,, they came out, took out the old system that was installed incorrectly and did a great job, I am so happy to now have heat in the house, and will call them for any future plumbing or heating work I need done

I called Mitchell Plumbing and they were able to give me an estimate for the replacement pipes and labor costs the same day. The next day they dug out the old pipes and rerouted the interior water valve. All work was performed in a very professional manner in coordination with Miss Utility.The lawn was re-seaded and covered with straw. They did an amazing job and I will recommend them to anyone in need of expert plumbing service.

As with another reviewer, I also found Mitchell Plumbing through a home warranty plan. Unlike the other reviewer, I had a very positive experience due to the frank advice and honesty from Rich, who showed up to do the repair. My deductible was $75, so I can't judge Mitchell's pricing.

Rich looked under my sink and was able to figure out that the leak was due to the drinking fountain attachment itself, and not just a loose washer or connection. He told me that he didn't think it was likely that the warranty company would cover putting in a replacement fountain, and that if he put it in, they'd have to charge me for labor and a markup on the fountain (which they themselves would have to order -- a quick internet search showed that Home Depot and other box stores don't keep my model in stock). He said it would be a simple installation, if I wanted to order one myself and put it in. He even showed me real quickly what I needed to do. In the meantime, he was kind enough to run to Home Depot to get the right size brass pipe cap to tie off the line so I could still use the main faucet on the sink.

I ordered the replacement fountain attachment online with expedited shipping, and will put it in in a day or two. Another plumbing company may have charged me for a second visit and for a marked-up faucet, so I appreciate the honest and straightforward advice they gave me.

Although I called Mitchell Plumbing because they're on a warranty company list of service providers, I'd call them again even if that wasn't the case.

Called 1/2 before arrival. Very courteous and helpful discussing work to be done. Work was done very well. Have used this company for at least 10 yrs. Very pleased.

The building is approsimately 55 years old and had the original water line - The water pressure was so low in the building that
you could not run the water on 2 floors at the same time -- I needed to replace all the water lines into the building. I asked if they could
do it in copper instead of the plastic and they were more than willing to do it. The job was a great success !!

I had them come out to look at a project a that would be covered by the warranty. While here, I had him take a look at my kitchen disposal. They charged me $70 just to look at the disposal! I would understand paying that fee if he only came out to look at the disposal, but he initially came out to unclog the toilet. I should have been told about the $70 fee upon my initial call. I complained to the manager, who ended up hanging up on me.

Promptly arrived and assessed the condition. Agreed to price and two men started immediately. Men continued working until work completed. Men were very kind to the elderly lady in the house. Did not ask for payment at time of service. I promptly mailed a check upon receipt of the ir invoice.

They were excellent. I would recommend them. They were very professional, neat and friendly. They were quick and they got the job done. They came back to fix the leak.

They are fine. I use them all the time.
