Handyman Service
Gene did a sloppy job installing the door. The exterior molding was cut too short by 1/4" and filled with caulk. The deadbolt was installed upside down and wouldn't lock. Gene had already left and when I went to lock it for the evening discovered it didn't work because it was upside down. I called Gene and he said to just use the regular lock until he could come back in two days. I took the deadbolt out and reinstalled in myself right after I called him. The drywall job above the cabinets is crooked in a few spots and again the trim was cut too short, about 1/4", and filled with caulk. I tried to be understanding about the fact that he was experiencing pain from kidney stones. But when you're paying someone a fair price, you still should get good work.
