Jim was great...a pleasure to work with, did a great job and was quick. Was very reasonable. I would definitely use his services if something comes up.

Seamless and absolutely professional. He came out and gave us a free estimate last year. We wasn't quite ready at that time. We called him acfew weeks ago and he remembered us. The price didn't changed and he set us up for appointment. The work was done in 1 day. It has since rained really hard and no leaks. Great job! He was very informative on how to maintain our roof. We highly recommend him and will most certainly use him again.

I really enjoyed working with Jim, of Elegant Home Improvement. He is personable, honest and professional. My leaky roof was repaired just before a very big storm, and I had no issues whatsoever. He stands by his work, and communicates with you throughout the process. I’m typically leery of working with contractors, but I felt I could put my trust in him. I’m really glad I did!

He was wonderful! He was on time, very professional, patient, helped me understand things, very responsive and also checked in with me if I still having any leaks. No delays, very reasonable pricing.

It was great, he is keeping me informed and done the job sooner than the schedule. He does not put pressure on everybody and makes sure all things go perfectly. The job was very well cleaned up after. There is no issues on the debris, everything went well, he puts the customer first, not only install roofs he actually comes up and gave you the information you need and I was very happy.

Everything was excellent.  He was in constant contact with me about scheduling and was very flexible when we needed to make changes to the installation start date.  While we were waiting to settle things with our insurance company, he would always check with me to see if we were okay with any water in the home.  He put up a tarp and secured it with a wooden frame (this you never see), to be certain that the tarp did not move and cause fatal injuries to our family by blowing over and covering the chimney.  He thinks of everything.  Your family's safety always comes first with him.  I cannot recommend him highly enough!!!

The Elegant Home Improvement team came highly recommended by a family friend and they did not disappoint.  Unlike planned projects, this work was very much needed, but totally unexpected.  Jim was courteous, understanding, and was willing to work within my budget, and timetable.  His work included some initial demolition work within the house, and then came back to rebuild my home from the inside out.  Flooring, carpeting, drywall, painting, insulation, installing cabinets, etc.  He was open and honest about what made most sense, all the while helping my family understand the impact of any choices that we were making and provided insight based on his experience and expertise.  In addition, since this was a major project, through his connections, he helped us connect with his network of other experts (plumbers, electricians, etc.) in order to get the work done. I would definitely recommend this team for any home improvement project, and when the the time comes, will call on them again for more "pleasurable and planned" home improvements.  :-)

Been in business myself for a long time and the owner of this business has integrity. From the beginning to the end, they did exactly what was promised.

The guy's work was neat and satisfactory but there were long times between the work done. I know that he was waiting for the inventory to arrive but I would not have expected this to take months. I think he went on vacation once but other than that I don't know what happened to him. I can't say that he didnt do the work when he did show up but I havent seen him for the last phase of the work. It was broken up into three parts. This has been the longest time. I dont think he has completed decided not to come back.... I guess he will show up some day.Unfortunately, I don't have 6 months to complete work. I have others that depend upon me.

We had alot of estimates and were unsure who we going to use.Most of the other companies who came out were very pushy for us to sign up and there were so many add-on options my  head was spinning.When Jim showed up, he kept it very simple and the price was very reasonable. The crew knew exactly what they were doing and there were no bumps along the way.The quality of work was spot on we will definitly use Jim again for future projects.Honest and profesional.

Jim was polite, responded quickly, was prompt and took pictures of problems and sent to phone.

I heard about Elegant Home Improvement from a friend.  I called and made an appointment for the same day.  Jim showed up on time and looked at the ceiling in my daughter's room, then went into the attic, and then went on the roof.  He identified a couple of areas that were not properly sealed by the builder.  He gave me a quick estimate while he was still on the roof which I agreed to.  He had the materials he needed right on the truck and was finished within an hour.  I have not had any more leaks since.

With all the work that was completed everything seem to go smoothly.  We completed our projects in two phases. We did the outside work first and the inside second.  Everyone who worked at my house was polite and professional.  Our salesman stayed in contact with us from start to end.  All of the work completed looks great!  We will definitely use this company for future projects and refer

them to our friends and family.
