Through Teleflora we ordered an arrangement called Ocean Breeze. ( Drayer's did the work). I had spent a couple hours trying to find something to honor my husband's grandfather, and felt this was right! The description of the arrangement is :Tranquil blue and white flowers reminiscent of a soft ocean breeze offer comfort. The standing spray presented on an easel includes fragrant white lilies and tropical greenery.
We were provided with a Purple arrangement with a touch of white. My husband's grandfather did not like purple! If he did, I would have ordered purple!! No phone call or anything asking if the color can be changed. They just think they can change what you ordered and you have to pay for it.
We disputed the charge and they are fighting it. They claim there is only a touch of purple to compliment the blue!...What Blue????
What Ocean is Purple??? Apparently the Florist at Drayer's are either colorblind, or need to take a trip to the beach.
