It was probably pretty close. If I remember correctly it is somewhere in the $150/ $160 but it's pretty standard out here. That's why I re-use them. Right across the board, they were all A's. Basically they gave me excellent service at a competitive rate. Every year I check people that are highly rated looking for the best value which is basically great service at a competitive or good value. Basically if they match the competition, I go with what I know. If they price too high then I look for an alternative.

That's why I ended up choosing them. They had the quality service. They knew the system and they gave me a competitive price. Quality was very good. I give them an A on that as well. Responsiveness, I give them an A. They were able to get out here quickly when we set up an appointment. They were on time. Absolutely topnotch. They were an A right across the board. They did the normal maintenance and also addressed a couple of very small side problems without my incurring any additional expense except for some minor parts cost, which I found to be a pleasant surprise.
