Costco Warehouse - Baltimore

I love Costco and used routinely over the years.  I'm plan to buy a television from them shortly.

They were good.  They happened to have a rebate for Bridgestone.  They ended the work pretty quickly.  I was satisfied with the service and the price.  They were professional and they pointed out some things that needed to be done.  It went fine.  They also offer package wherein you get the hazard protection, rotation and bouncing.  They did everything when they were supposed to.

That was one of the best experiences I have ever had regarding to auto care.  For all four tires and to put them on, they charged $410.  They weren’t trying to get me to buy the most expensive tires; they were trying to get me to buy tires that were suitable for my car, so I appreciated that.  They gave me information about what to do once the tires were installed and they gave me a really good advice on how to preserve the life of the tires.

Most of my purchases are self delivered, but the few things that I have purchased that I needed delivered have been handled most professionally.

I am normally one who purchased BRAND name products, but after trying several of the Kirkland (their Brand) I am an avid purchaser of their generic paper products, and also I purchase some of their food products. Their holiday items are always very tempting, unusual and cost effective.

I am always pleased with my purchases.

I also have their American Express Card, which affords me a healthy refund in the Spring. I receive a check from Costco, and also a check from American Express.

I recommend Costco to everyone I know.

I like specific products that they sell. They are priced well. Sometime they will have products that I can't find anywhere else. It's a good place to get samples of their foods. Their little lunch area there is pretty good and inexpensive. I was there this past Monday. They are very reasonably priced.

Costco has the cheapest cost for gas, pumps work well, employees very friendly and helpful.

I went to Lliana Garrido at Costco in White Marsh/Middle River to get new glasses and contacts. She is so excellent, caring, and kind. She spent a lot of time with me making sure that my prescription was perfect. She is an great optometrist and I would highly recommend her! Thank you also to the staff at Costco that work in the eye department. They are always so great! I purchased 2-6pack pair of colored contacts, a pair of prescription sunglasses, and 2 pairs of glasses for about $500. What a great value. I used to pay that much for one pair of glasses! I save a lot of money on my prescriptions, even over Walmart, it is worth the drive and the membership fee

I use them quite a bit. It gives you a good idea of what the lowest price might be. I would recommend them. The overall experience is good. The price is excellent. The cashiers are very busy, but it is what you expect. I would use this provider again.

They give me a best price and provide an excellent service, so I like them.

I have a twenty-year membership with them. Their products are of high quality, and their prices are great.

When I bought my Michelin tires in 2002, I was given a waranty book and told that the tires/treadlife were covered up to 60,000 miles. I regularly took my car to Costco to get my tires rotated and had my alignment checked. so, when my car failed inspection last month because the tread at about 0, I assumed that Coscto would honor the waranty and prorate new tires as advertised. Nope. The staff first told me that my tread was fine and then denied the exsistance of a tread waranty for Michelin tires. The manager actually told me to "prove it" when I said they were under waranty. So -if you're smart you'll make sure you have your waranty in writing and keep it. If you're REALLY smart, you'll chose another tire vendor. In reality, Costco often costs more than buying elsewhere.

Because Costco does not keep my prescription in stock, I need to make two trips to the store to buy contacts (one to place the order, show my membership card and pay, and a second a few days later to pick them up). Although the price is better than I've found elsewhere, it is certainly not as convenient. Most optical stores allow you to place an order over the phone and make a trip to the store when they are ready. Because of their price, I would recommend using Costco to purchase contact lenses to someone who lives close enough to the store to warrant two trips.

Great service, good tires and I got to shop while I waited. They will balance and rotate for free as long as you own the tires.

NOT CRAZY ABOUT HAVING TO GET A MEMBERSHIP TO BUY GLASSES, BUT THE PRICES ARE WORTH THE MEMBERSHIP FEE. YOU CAN REALLY SAVE ON GLASSES THERE. CHECKED OUT THE CLUB AND IT WAS NICE AND CLEAN. PRICES NOT TO BAD.

WE FIND IT VERY CONVENIENT TO HAVE OUR GLASSES ADJUSTED WHILE DOING OUR SHOPPING THERE, SOME TIMES THEY OFFER SPECIALS.
