Carpet Installation
I gave him a check to buy new carpet and he said he would be able to replace the carpet before our furniture arrived. He called and told me that he wouldn't be able to do this because something came up. We were Kay with this; however, he knew he was not suppose to cash the check because he did not do the service, but he did cash it. I finally was able to get a hold of him and he said he would bring back the money and he never did.
