You will not find a more honest and skilled plumber. He will do the job at a fair price and ensure it was done right. He is excellent with older homes and fixing what others screwed up.

Brian is by far the best plumber around. He is extremely knowledgeable and very dedicated. Numerous neighbors are now loyal customers and refer him always. He never advertises because his work speaks for itself. I would never go elsewhere. His sense of humor will keep you in stitches.

Brilliantly.  All the usual sources of where the odor was coming from and being caused by -- had been examined by my house inspector, me, my atty, etc.   It was not a sewer gas smell or mold or mildew....  We were all stumped.  A true mystery.  To add to the mystery, the odor waxed and waned.  It was such an obnoxious odor that the purchase of the house was contingent on it being properly and permanently removed.   Brian came in and readily discovered that drainage pipes from an upstairs bathroom (directly above the laundry) had been improperly installed during a reno & ....(something else that as a consumer, I didn't quite understand!) --- The drainage pipes were properly re-installed & an extra pipe in the basement laundry room was provided to handle proper venting.  No more odor.  No more problems!    The extra bonus was Brian's great sense of humor, which made the entire experience a real joy.  Hands down, my plumber of choice!  (And yes, I bought the house!)

My kitchen faucet was leaking from under the deckplate where the faucet is attached to the sink. There was also a drip leaking down the hot water pipe under the sink, but it was hard to figure out exactly where the leak was coming from.

I called Brian on a recommendation I received from a friend, and I also noticed he was on Angie's list. Brian answered immediately (it was a Sunday) and we made an appointment. He said if it was an emergency, he could work something out to come sooner, but I said it wasn't leaking that much.

Brian was on time, and got started right away. He welcomed me watching him do the work, so I could get some knowledge of exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He has what I call an "Old School" work ethic, doesn't beat around the bush, doesn't tell you that you need parts that you really don't, and is willing to explain what he is doing.
I found out exactly where the leak was & why it was dripping only in 1 area.

I was extremely happy with the price & service, and Brian's sense of humor was a bonus.
I will definitely call Brian again when I need plumbing work.
