This firm was great. I called on a whim, not expecting to get anyone to come with such late notice before Christmas. I called and the person answered and said let me see what I can do, I'll call you back in about 10 minutes.  About 15 minutes later my phone rang and they were able to "fit us in" in two days.  I was impressed they even called back so promptly.  My husband handled the rest of the activities, overseeing the work they did and how they approached their work.  He reported nothing bur stellar results. He said they came, worked on each area we specified and adde something to help get the animal odor out.  I have to say, when I arrived, after they did their work I was impressed.  Days later I am still impressed. The rug looks great and the smell is gone! My husband and I would definitely use this firm again and agin and again!
