They did an excellent A+ job on 3 trees and multiple bushes ! They really know trees and did an outstanding job of shaping a huge elm and a dogwood. Already received multiple compliments from my neighbors. Their cleanup was A+. They not only cleaned up my yard but the neighbor's as well. The price was very competitive and I would highly recommend them.

I called this company about my trees, which were damaged in the hurricane last fall, and he came on a Friday morning to look at them. He told me it needed to be taken care of right away, and he and his crew were back on Monday to take the trees down. They did a great job and worked with me on leaving some wood here for our fireplace and having the rest removed. It was a very good experience and I fully intend to call them in the future with all of our tree service needs.

They ripped me off because they knew they could, following the hurricane. They charged me about 5 times more than they should have. They gave me an estimate depending on how difficult the job was going to be, but it did not work out to be as difficult as they thought. So I called back and said that they did not have to do half the things that they said they had to, they did not have to put in pads down in my front yard but they could have done it from the driveway. I also mentioned that they were here less than half an hour and I thought that they should refund part of my money. They said they would think about it but they never got back to me. I think they thought that since it was an insurance claim, they would go ahead and rip off the insurance company but I had a $1,000 deductible. I would not recommend them to others and would never again use them again.

When a large branch from the tree fell (this was the second one in a year and half) I knew it was time to contact a professional. I got quotes and opinions from 3 Tree Removal companies in my area. I wanted to know if I should remove the tree or have something done to keep it up. Baltimore Tree Experts gave me a few options. The person that came out (I can't remember his name) talked to me for a while and told me all about the tree and what was going on with it. He gave me a few options but said if it was his house he would take the tree down. He definitely seemed like he knew what he was talking about. I got a few other quotes and recommendations from other companies. Baltimore Tree Experts was $500 less than the other companies and for some reason I trusted his opinion the most. Just a gut instinct I guess. They came out within a few days, as soon as they were available. There were at least 5 guys working on the tree and they got it down and the stump ground down in only a few hours. It was quite impressive to watch. They were wonderful to work with and I will use them again if I ever have more tree issues.

We have used Baltimore Tree Experts for years, as our yard has many old trees. We have always found them to be highly knowledgeable, prompt, skilled, reliable and reasonably priced. They take down large trees like a well-planned military campaign to avoid damaging nearby structures and do an excellent job of removing all debris and cleaning up the site. I highly recommend them.

All went well. They came out within a couple of days and gave me an estimate and then did the work within several days. Everyone that I dealt with at the company was very nice. I will say again, I was very pleased with the job they did.

This is a "revised" report of what I submitted yesterday-I now have the correct year (month and day are estimated) and cost of the work done. I was very pleased with Baltimore Tree Experts and have recommended them to family and friends when it comes to tree services. The man who provided the estimate and set up the appointment was very professional, friendly and helpful in answering questions, but also being clear about what would be done and how. Several workers came to do the job and did an excellent job in trimming and cutting back the trees, as well as removing dead limbs and rotted tree parts. They also did an excellent job in removing the waste, cleaning up after themselves. All workers were efficient, hard-working,prompt and professional in behavior. After a recent storm, we have contacted Baltimore Tree Experts again because of more tree work to be done!

I was very pleased with the work and the price estimate as compared to local competitors. They were very accomodating with my schedule and agreed to perform the work on a day when I was home. Some of the small branches and topwood was originally cut longer than requested so I asked them to cut it to smaller lengths which they did without hassle. On the first day that we had agreed upon, the company did not show up and it was only when I called later in the day that they told me they had to reschedule because of weather. I was disappointed they did not immediately tell me this and I had to call myself. It was rescheduled and they showed up and completed the job. Their lack of communication brought some of their ratings down but overall I was pleased with the work performed.

They were amazing. It seemed like they were everywhere working at once. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. There were 4 or 5 in the crew and they keep very busy working.

They did an excellent job, on time and at a great price. The staff was professional and very efficient in their work. I highly recommend that if you have a need, give them a call.
