The only issue/concern we had is that some puddles were left in the house (kitchen, bathroom, hallway). He had pointed them out and we had provided some rags and assumed he would complete the clean-up, but he left. I am not sure if he forgot, but the cleanup of the soiled water and such should have been handled by the company.
It was the owner of the company that did all of the work by himself. He was very nice and gave us coupons when he left. He worked really hard. Our furniture looks great as do our carpets. We are really happy with the finished work.
