Wonderful. I've used them for years.

The last guy came out and said "Thank god we found it. I don't know how I missed this before." This company came out 4 times and finally it's working well currently. I haven't had any problems with them. There was no charge. The only thing I was charged was for the initial installation of the new HVAC unit. I was concerned that I had this new unit installed because it wasn't working properly, but then it looks like they have finally located this leak and fixed it. I really haven't had a problem since then. I think they were very accommodating when I called them and I mentioned problems, they didn't give me a hard time or contest. I thought they were very good to deal with even though it took a while to diagnose and fix the problem. I thought they were very competent and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to somebody else.

I had some problems. It turned out where I had to call them back. I was having a problem where it wasn't working properly after the new installation, and it turned out that there were some leaks. It took them several service calls to actually fix stuff. This was the company my HVAC company subcontracted through. I was satisfied with their service, but I was a little bit concerned because the new system wasn't working properly. There were some leaks that they couldn't diagnose and finally the last time, they did diagnose it and repaired it and I haven't had any problems since. But that was after the new installation. They actually came back four times. There was no charge. They finally located the leak and fixed it, and I really haven't had a problem since. I think they were very accommodating. When I called them and I mentioned the problems, they didn't give me a hard time or contest it. I thought that they were very good to deal with. Even though it took a while to diagnose and fix the problem, I thought that they were very competent and trustworthy, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to somebody else. It's hard to grade, because it did take several times for them to come out and to diagnose it. I do remember calling them up. They were very accommodating and forthcoming, didn't give me a hard time, said yes we'll have somebody out there in the next two days, and it was really no problem. I think the technicians who came out seemed to be competent, to do their best, it's just that it took a while to diagnose what the problem was. It took four months to finally fix the whole thing.

It went well. The tech who arrived diagnosed the unit and had the part needed ordered immediately. Also there was some wires that were reversed from what looks previous work prior to us buying the house. The tech explained what he was doing and how it will make a unit work smarter and not harder. I also used this company before selling our prior house. They installed a brand new AC/Heat Pump Unit and a Hot Water Heater. In this situation and those the service was excellent, the techs installing were professional and cleaned up behind themselves. The experience from first contact in 2014 with the old house and now with our new house was excellent.

My experience with them has been positive. I think the cost was fair.

I think they are the best, I recommend them to everybody. They provide a great service, fair price, on time, on budget, you cannot ask much more than that.

From the first person who answered the phone, to the staff member who came to estimate the job, to the technicians who performed the work, each person was helpful, attentive to details and issues, interested in service, and getting the job done right and quickly. I was really impressed.

Very impressed with this company! Received excellent service from the first call. Chris, the sales manager came to the house with his lead installer. They walked the entire house and determined best places to run the duct work before providing estimate. Estimate was very reasonable and detailed, so no surprises during the project. Installers were professional, courteous, and neat. They ran all new duct work with very little impact on existing walls and ceilings, and cleaned up any mess at the end of each day. The entire job took 2 weeks, and completed exactly on schedule. They even came back out a few weeks later to ensure the system was fully charged. They exceeded all my expectations, and I am completely satisfied. I have recommended Air Tech to all my neighbors and friends.

THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY I WOULD CALL ON FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. THE WORK IS ALWAYS DONE CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY AND WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT TWENTY YEARS.

AIR TECH WAS VERY EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK, AND IT WAS PERFORMED IN A TIMELY MANOR. THE TECHNICIAN WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.
