Awful, despite them doing a stellar job with my flat roof years ago. I signed the contract and paid the $2208 deposit, which they promptly cashed. Then nothing. I waited from September 2020 till March 2021. Nothing. I asked for a full refund, which they said was in the mail. It's now May 2021, and they have not returned my money. The last time I asked, they told me to "chill" because the check was in the mail. It's not. They kept a deposit I paid last fall in good faith, and did absolutely nothing.

The technician showed up about an hour later than expected. They spent a total of maybe half an hour on the roof. When I asked them how it went as they were packing up, the technician off-hand said that I should stop using cheap caulk because all the caulk was rotten and that they had recaulked around the leaking areas. Since Aero installed the roof and the only repair work was done by Aero, it's obvious who used cheap caulk. Between charging over $700 to apply some caulk, and the information that the old caulk had rotted, I am not particularly happy about the job that they did.

The crew arrived by 7:30 am; by 8 am they had begun removing the existing roof. They asked about removal of an old satellite dish and the location of outdoor outlets. They worked through the rain except for a 20 minute downpour. By 6:30 pm they had cleaned up the debris, removed tarps, returned potted plants to their original locations and left.

Josh the project manager is excellent. Explained what was going to be done and was professional. He came and met the men early and made visits at the end of each day. Carlos the foreman and his crew were punctual and he gave me progress reports and answered my questions. Very happy that I went with this company. My neighbor was so impressed, he also is having a roof done by them.

We called to tell them the storm blew off a few shingles & water was coming into tenant's bedrm. They had done the roof several years prior. We called & called with no response. Finally I got them after leaving many messages + with answering service & they said they would get back to me. Didn't hear for few weeks so my husband was upset & went to the business. A young man ordered him out & lied saying he called & left a message of $400 cost for 4 shingles. Monica got on phone & told me they would get back to me with a date & maybe better price but never called. My friend that I referred to Aero just told me that a few weeks ago she will not use them because they were stalling about her mother's roof saying they were too busy & would mail a form. Her mother's roof was $10,000 that Aero did about 1-2 yrs ago and was leaking already. She has some leak at her own home's roof also. I never had trouble with them years ago but something has changed & they are rude.

In May of this year, before any of the weather disasters hit, I called Aero and requested their free estimate of removing the house fan and replacing my gutters and downspounts.  I was told no one needed to be home since they only needed access to the roof. I thought that since it was a rubber roof, they'd have to remove the fan and replace the whole roof.  Aero said no need for that, you still have 5 years left on your warranty...all we need to do is remove the fan and patch that spot.  I was told they would come out, do the estimate and leave a business card in my mailslot to advise they had been to my home.  I came home the day of the supposed estimate and found no card.  I called the next business day and was told that it wasn't done.  They would have someone out again.  Other life demands came along and I stopped calling about the estimate.  Needless to say, they never came out.  The earthquake and hurricane Irene hit in August and my roof starts leaking.  I called them about August 29th and advised that my roof was leaking and I needed someone to come out to repair it...I knew they would be busy due as a result of the weather issues.  I requested that since they had to come out to do the warranty work, could they also finally do the estimate of the removal of the fan and the gutters and downspounts...I figured that since they would have to repair the roof anyway, that they may as well remove the fan at the same time. I was assured someone would be out September 1st to do the estimate and survey the warranty work.  Needless to say no one ever showed. I called repeatedly and kept being told someone would be out the next day and they would call with the estimate.  It's now September 15th...not only has the roof not been repaired, I have yet to receive one call back.  I am trying to give them extra revenue instead of just coming out and doing FREE warranty work.  Needless to say, that 5 years left on my warranty means nothing to me if I can't get anyone out.  i am done trying. I will not deal with unreliable AERO roofing anymore.

The roof has been leaking ever since they installed it.  They have come back around 6 or 7 times and the same spot constantly leaks.  The company now will not come back out to fix it and will not pick up our phone calls.

Overall, this experience has been terrible. Hurricane Irene is upon us right now and we are expecting to have severe leakage in the home due to this company's neglect to complete the work in a quality manner. In addition to lack of workmanship on the home, the owner has not tried to resolve the issue, and even when we offered to pay extra for additional work such as gutter replacement, skylight replacement, etc. the company did the bare minimum, which will end up costing us a lot of money to fix.

From the moment I contacted this Company, there was nothing short of top notch professionalism. I was pushed for time. Living out of town I explained that I wanted to get a contract done ASAP. With in 2 hours, A Salesman was at the residence and a verbal was agreed on to do a roof repair.. By the time he got back to his office, I had changed my mind and wanted to opt for a full re-roofing job. They wrote the contract and was again at my house with in 2 hours for the signing of the contract. Due to weather, the job was slightly delayed but at first break, job was completed.

This would have been a positive experience overall, except for an incident on day 1. The workmen tore off the old roof and instead of throwing the debris into a dumpster, piled it up in the common alleyway between our rowhome and our next-door neighbors and left it overnight. The debris was several feet high and covered the neighbor's kitchen window. Luckily they put plywood over her window before piling it up, but it was a very unsightly scene. Their excuse was they didn't want to leave a dumpster overnight (which struck me as odd, since we always see dumpsters in our neighborhood for days at a time).

No problems. We were not home for estimate or when the roof was installed, only for the skylight reset.

ALTHOUGH IT TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS TO GET TO THE JOB ( DUE TO WIND AND MORE SERIOUS RAIN DAMAGES TO OTHER CLIENTS, THE JOB WAS DONE WHEN I WASN'T HERE. (OWNER HAS DONE WORK FOR ME IN THE PAST AND KNOWS THE HOUSE ETC.) I HAVE HAD THEM DO WORK FOR ME IN THE PAST AND WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. LIKE I SAID THE OWNER AND HIS OFFICE STAFF HAVE AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS IN ALL THE SITUATIONS.
