+ -1 moreThis process started over a month ago. Today they came to finish repair. They took new AC coil out of its metal housing and then put it in the old housing. They charged for duct modification but did not modify any ductwork. When I told them I'd pay for everything but the duct modification they took the breaker out of my unit and told me that it's too bad I'd need to take it up with the office. I called their office and they said too bad. Service and professionalism is the worst I have ever seen.
Description of Work: This company was contracted through my home warranty company to repair my hvac.
