I had tried many contractors including Pella Distributors to install an exterior front door. But was told that my entry way was too narrow for a standard size door and side light replacement. Mr. Terrel proposed to configure my doorway to accommodate the standard size Pella door that we had our hearts set on. It worked fine. After observing Mr. Terrel and his sons' old fashioned professional integrity, I asked for more exterior repairs following a storm and a fallen tree; and added various other dry wall repairs damaged due to water damage. All their work was top notch.
