Spence & Wood Contractors

It was a pretty porch but you couldn?t sit out there in the evening because of the bugs from the river. Spence & Wood Contractors did an incredible job. The weather was cold and I couldn?t believe that they were working in such conditions. The porch looks twice its size because everything is in white and it is done with material that doesn?t have to ever be painted. They even had to elevate my chimney because the porch kind of hid the chimney a little bit. They didn?t charge me for that because that wasn?t in the estimate. They did an awesome job, and the porch is huge now. They had to have electricians down there and also had to dig up bushes because they were in the way. I told them what I wanted and I kind of let them do their thing as well, and I was just thrilled with the outcome. They charged me $22000 - I had another quote that was about $30000 for the same job. I had already used them before. I know that they do build new homes and they do remodeling.
